📦 Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation and tracking link via email/SMS.
🚛 Shipping Charges
- FREE Shipping on all orders above ₹499.
- A flat shipping charge of ₹60 may apply to orders below ₹499.
- Shipping charges (if any) will be visible at checkout before payment.
📍 Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
- Other Urban Areas: 4–7 working days
- Remote or Rural Areas: 6–9 working days
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, festivals, or weather conditions.
🔎 Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and courier partner details via email/SMS.
- You can track your order at any time through the tracking link provided.
📦 Packaging
We take extra care to ensure that your products are securely packed. All items are shipped in tamper-proof and eco-friendly packaging to avoid any damage during transit.
❌ Undeliverable Orders
If a delivery is unsuccessful due to:
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Unavailability at the time of delivery
- Rejection of the parcel
Then the order will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
